The Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy plays a key role in supporting and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation of the Talent Acquisition function. This role works closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to streamline recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, and align hiring strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will drive operational improvements, support data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the overall success of Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Your Responsibilities On The Team
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

Your Responsibilities On The Team
- Act as a key partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring objectives and priorities.
- Support and execute strategic initiatives aimed at improving recruitment strategies, enhancing quality of hire, and optimizing hiring processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track Talent Acquisition effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Data & Analytics, and other business units to align hiring strategies and improve cross-functional efficiency.
- Assist in the development of presentations, reports, and insights for leadership meetings, Townhalls, and other executive updates.
- Support project management efforts for high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication across the Talent Acquisition team by managing updates, newsletters, and meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies and best practices into Talent Acquisition processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of corporate experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related function.
- 1-2 years of project management experience with a proven ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating presentations and reports.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying and implementing solutions.
