Responsibilities
- Daily reconciles banking activity and prepares entries for accounting.
- Runs daily loan funding and uploads to the various warehouse banks.
- Obtains investors’ purchase advises and identify investors’ funds received for processing.
- Verifies appropriate approval on check stops, voids and re-issuances. Enters check stops and voids and verifies before accounts payable re-issues checks.
- Identifies return wires and processes loans cancellations.
- Monitors loans aging in warehouse banks and repurchases loans as needed.
- Generates bank reports for report preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- Accounting & Finance Experience Required
- Word & Excel Experience Required
