The central objective of the Investigation Team is to ensure fair and respectful treatment of associates. The ideal candidate for this position has strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee and labor relations issues and projects.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Investigate highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues, including : conducting interviews with involved parties; analyzing data from various internal systems; case adjudication; providing consultation on remedial action based on investigation findings; producing complete investigation documentation.
- Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Advise and train leaders in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing escalations and employee concerns.
- Analyze aggregate casework data to identify issue trends and opportunities for proactive issue mitigation.
- Contribute to analysis and revision of people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for all Lennar Associates.
- Consult and collaborate with business partners, Legal teams, and vendors on complex employee investigations.
- Work on critical employee relations issues that are crisis-oriented and need to be completed with limited time. Balancing time between projects and crisis-response is a critical component for success in this position.

Physical Requirements :
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
