In this role, you will be responsible for invoice management including conducting approval checks, reviewing invoices for errors, processing invoices, and managing manual invoicing tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Your Responsibilities On The Team
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry materials and supplies weighing 25 lbs. or less. Finger dexterity is necessary. Ability to receive/return phone messages and to work at computer monitor for extended periods of time.

Your Responsibilities On The Team
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation as needed.
- Time Management: Manage time efficiently to execute workload.
- Professional Development: Obtain business acumen and set goals aligned to desired career path.
- Issue Escalation: Research and answer vendor / division inquiries. Recognize situations requiring escalation to the Manager level in a timely manner.
- AP Process Generalist: Support invoice management through tactical execution of common AP functions such as invoice coding, check payments, and end of month close.
- Approval Checking for Manual Invoices: Utilize upstream tech enabled solutions to conduct approval checks.
- Error Review: Review Metaviewer invoices for errors.
- Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies. Process Auto voucher, Metaviewer, and manual invoices in JDE.
- Invoice Type Management: Upload, match, and process invoices by type (Auto Voucher, Metaviewer, manual), and resolve invoice and/or payment discrepancies with support of the Division.
- PGER Processing: Run PGER for Divisions and send for approval.
- Manual Invoicing: Utilize new OCR technology for Metaviewer and manual invoices.
- Check Matching: Utilize automated tool to match invoices and generated checks for manual invoices.
- Speed Release Processing: Process speed releases for Trade Partners with sub-contractors (West only).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred
- Ability to establish and implement departmental goals and objectives
- Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
