The Director, Performance Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading Lennar's performance management program (Continuous Improvement Program) to drive Associate and company growth and development. This role works cross-functionally with leadership and HR teams to expand. The Director ensures the delivery of consistent, high-impact performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and development plans to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements :
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
