WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING as a Regional Business Development Manager: Assist District Managers: Collaborate with District Managers to achieve assigned sales goals and provide support in day-to-day operations. Assist Region Sales Director: Collaborate with the Region Sales Director within the assigned region. Represent Lennox Executives: Act as a representative of Lennox executives at region and district events and training functions. Financial Oversight: Assist in overseeing fiscal management within the Districts, ensuring financial goals are met. Market Analysis: Analyze the customer base to identify major sales opportunities, trends, new customers, and product niches. Personal Development: Develop and prioritize a personal development plan, actively seeking broader learning opportunities to enhance leadership skills. Team Leadership Training: Gain the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a sales team through leadership training and hands-on experience. Mentor Region Team: Develop and mentor Territory Managers, Store Managers, and Counter Sales Associates within the region.
