Job Description
- Review and process warranty claims.
- Liaise with Distributor and internal departments to resolve claim issues and provide updates.
- Generate and maintain reports on warranty claims, including trends and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for warranty claims management.
Qualifications
- Any UG degree.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warranty policies
- Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
