Job Description
The IT Program Manager will manage the organization's portfolio of interdependent IT projects. The Program Manager will also oversee all aspects of assigned digital programs throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. The program manager supervises individual project managers and ensures accurate resource allocations throughout the program. The program manager leads multidisciplinary personnel teams at various levels, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful programs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled and experienced IT solutions team member to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-commerce B2B solutions, specifically with SAP Hybris, and possess the technical expertise to drive our E-commerce platform's successful implementation and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for E-commerce B2B solutions.
- Design and document functional and technical specifications for SAP Hybris-based E-commerce platforms.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of E-commerce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of E-commerce solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance the E-commerce platform's functionality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, process flows, and project documentation.
- Assist in the integration of E-commerce platforms with other enterprise systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in E-commerce and SAP Hybris.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in E-commerce B2B environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris and its implementation in E-commerce platforms.
- Technical expertise in system integration, data analysis, and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies like AI / ML, MARTECH, and best practices in e-commerce, while sharing knowledge and driving innovation within the organization.
- Must be able to engage project team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority.
This is an onsite position at our Richardson, TX corporate office. We are in the office Monday - Thursday, with the option of working remote on Friday.
