Job Description

The Maintenance Clerk plays a critical role in supporting our functional groups, ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Key responsibilities include:
  • Compiling and arranging data for reports and presentations
  • Preparing and laying out reports using various software applications
  • Processing and coding documents, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records
  • Resolving discrepancies and communicating effectively with administrative and professional employees

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years related experience
- Expert knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
