Job Description

Requirement Gathering -  

• Lead dynamic & interactive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders throughout the enterprise, leveraging findings and recommendations from Analytics, User Experience, and Development teams. 

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. 

• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner comprehensible to developers and project teams. 

• Prepare documentation for end users and drive adoption for new features 

Data Analysis -  

• Help establish analytical framework for the team: partner with product and engineering teams to define measurement approaches, quantify and evaluate success metrics, develop KPIs and guide tracking efforts for ongoing measurement and reporting. 

• Perform Market analysis, Deep-dive analysis, customer centric data analysis, data visualization, segmentation and predictive modeling methods to find opportunities and drive decision-making. 

• Mentor junior staff by effectively delegating the tasks and ensuring on time delivery of the project at hand. 
• Manipulate/mine data from database tables (MySQL, Oracle) using SQL and Python/ Power Query/ Advanced Excel 

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree 

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on data analysis and possessing exceptional communication skills.  

• Advanced excel skills and ability to work with multiple data sets. 

• Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask 

• Should be available to support US operations until 1 PM CST.
