Job Summary
SUMMARY :
Performs assigned tasks in the Business Services Department primarily in support of payroll and other related tax and accounting functions.
Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience preparing and processing employee timesheets highly preferred
- Experience in clerical work involving
- Prior experience with business related office operations highly desirable
- Bilingual Spanish desirable
- Knowledge of computer software programs required (i.e. Excel spreadsheets, word processing)

The letter of intent or Edjoin application shall be kept on file for the then current school year or until such time as the unit member retracts the letter of intent or Edjoin application, whichever occurs first.
