This position requires a comprehensive understanding of wholesale ecommerce operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to Lenox Wholesale ecommerce clients on the Amazon platform.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with wholesale customers, sales, distribution, and customer operations teams to process and verify orders, address issues, and provide support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned wholesale ecommerce customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Manage and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, while also addressing any customer concerns or complaints.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of wholesale customer service experience in the ecommerce channel preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with mastery of the English language.
- Strong proficiency in computer skills, specializing in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
