Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Associate - Wholesale Ecommerce, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to Lenox Wholesale ecommerce clients on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer service support to wholesale ecommerce clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, while also addressing any customer concerns or complaints.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned wholesale ecommerce customers through effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:
