Supply Chain System and Master Data Specialist

10 month Contract role. Hybrid-some weekly onsite work required in Lexington, MA. Must be highly experienced in ERP Systems, such as SAP/ECC, MDG and IBP/OBP
and in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Pay Range $40-$45 per hour.

Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Supply Chain System and Master Data Specialist to fill an 10 month contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company in Lexington, MA. Must have basic knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality systems.

REQUIREMENTS for the Supply Chain System and Master Data Specialist:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or IT
• Management
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management/ Supply Chain IT Management

and/or its key functions

• Highly experienced in ERP Systems, such as SAP/ECC, MDG and IBP/OBP
• Highly experienced in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Write and speak English fluently
• Basic knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality systems
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders across levels & across functions
• Ability to understand complex business processes
• Able to solve complex situations and problems
• Able to build good relationships across cultures internally and

externally, nationally and internationallyRESPONSIBILITIES of the Supply Chain System and Master Data Specialist:

• Point of contact for trouble shooting activities related to systems
• Create & update the training documentation, procedures and step-guides
• Conduct Onboarding and training of employees, new onboarders, apprentices and
• student workers
• Create training evidence certificates for SAP role requests
• Create SAST (Static Applications Security Testing) requests for Users
• Lead & Participate UAT testing for system implementation & maintenance
• Facilitate business and project team for system implementations
• Support internal stakeholders & new vendors for the Ariba SCC onboarding, including

training and testingsharing

• Lead Master Data Governance implementation in the region, including knowledge transfer & best practice
• Data Steward role for Master Data Governance Material
• Lead Regional Digital IT improvement project
• Project manager for supply chain related system implementations
• Key user for IBP(Integrated Business Planning) S&OP(Sales and Operations Planning) and Supply Planning module

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Supply Chain management: 2 years (Required)
• SAP/ECC, MDG or IBP/OBP: 2 years (Required)
• Excel and PowerPoint: 2 years (Required)
• GMP, GDP and Quality Systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• UAT testing: 1 year (Required)
• Ariba SCC: 1 year (Preferred)
• Master Data Governance: 1 year (Required)
