The Lenox Night Auditor manages our guests’ experience and safety at the hotel during the overnight hours, when our guests are enjoying a peaceful and comfortable night’s sleep. The Night Auditors main focus is to provide a warm friendly welcome to the hotel, assist the guests’ with information about the hotel and the surrounding area, and ensure that our guests’ needs are met after a long day of work or play. While primarily stationed on the hotel lobby, the Night Auditor is responsible for making sure all locations within the interior and exterior of the building are secure. It is then important to kick start a new day with an upbeat attitude and bright smile. An interest and knowledge of general accounting practices is desired. The Night Auditor is fully empowered to resolve any guest issue immediately.
Candidates with the availability to work overnight from 11pm-7am and weekend overnights are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work weekends and overnights
- Must have excellent oral and written command of the English language
- Required to stand for up to six hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Flexible and variable work schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Some college preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
