If so, our role as a Consumer Relations Advisor for our luxury skincare brand SK-II, would be a phenomenal fit. You will play a meaningful role in delivering exceptional consumer service and support within the Global Consumer Relations (GCR) team. Maximising your expertise in the beauty and skincare industry, you will engage with consumers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide in-depth product knowledge, address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer personalized recommendations to improve consumer's beauty regimens. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty care industry and have proven experience, along with strong communication skills, a consumer-centric mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Beauty Industry Expertise: Preferred experience as a cosmetologist, esthetician, or in a similar beauty advisory role, with a strong understanding of skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products.
