Accountant Details
- M-F, 8am-5pm
- $60k-$70k
- Direct Hire
- Maintain financial records in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Process vendor payments, review purchase orders, and issue 1099s
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare and file sales tax returns for VA, MD, and FL
- Support internal/external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage asset listings, amortization schedules, and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
- Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Deltek Vision preferred)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
