We are seeking senior technical leaders in the field of CMOS Process integration to join Micron Boise, team. As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS), you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining technical roadmap, and mentoring fellow engineers. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge CMOS technology solutions for DRAM memory applications. In addition to a broad basis of process integration knowledge, this position will require a strong background in semiconductor device physics. Role interacts significantly with the process development, simulation, modeling, characterization, and reliability groups.

Responsibilities For CMOS PI SMTS Include
- Drive the device technology development of state-of-the-art CMOS providing solutions that are compatible with the memory architecture
- Identify device improvement directions and implement them in the advanced memory products
- Contribute to the fundamental understanding of CMOS technology and its impact on overall product figures of merit
- Collaborate with Design, TCAD and modelling groups
- Engage with numerous cross functional teams including product, probe, reliability, process, characterization, layout, and other teams
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 7 years Semiconductor experience or master’s in electrical engineering or equivalent with 10 years of Semiconductor experience
- Semiconductor industry experience with strong understanding of semiconductor process integration, device physics and process development
