What You Will Do
- Provide Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for automation customers, addressing service issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring prompt and permanent solutions.
- Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Drive problem resolution processes, provide impact analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain service excellence.
- Onsite Customer Support: Deliver hands-on technical support at key account locations, identifying and resolving reported issues efficiently.
- Monitor AGV Performance: Utilize automation monitoring tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively addressing performance gaps and driving continuous improvement.
- Service Process Management: Support service-related initiatives, including reporting, data analysis, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
- Enhance Automation Systems: Play a key role in future development programs to refine and enhance AGV software and automation technology.
- A Problem Solver: You have strong analytical skills and thrive in high-pressure environments where quick and effective decision-making is essential.
- Technically Skilled: You have a deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as automated guided vehicle (AGV) technology.
- Customer-Focused: You are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and can navigate challenging interactions with professionalism.
- Adaptable & Resilient: You excel in changing environments, remainingcalm and composed even in high-stress situations.
- A Strong Communicator: Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional, and you can present technical information effectively.
- Level I:
- BS Degree in Engineering or related field, required.
- 5-7 Years of relevant experience in material handling or similar industry.
- Level II:
- BS Degree in Engineering or related field, required.
- 7 Years of relevant experience in material handling or similar industry.
- Technical Expertise: Master-level knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, AGV technology, and failure analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues and optimize performance.
- Systems & Schematics: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industrial vehicle applications, including safety, stability, and operational efficiency.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong leadership, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies related to automation and industrial trucks.
