We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch President to lead our Commercial Lending team in the Twin Cities. This pivotal role requires a strong business development background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships within the community.

This is an in-office position.

Pay Range: $139,265.00 - $222,825.00 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the branch's commercial lending operations, ensuring alignment with the bank-s strategic goals.
• Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Foster a customer-centric culture, prioritizing exceptional service and community engagement.
• Establish and help to attain internal performance objectives for branch office business volume, deposits, loan portfolios and quality of audit reports.
• Build strong partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to enhance the bank's visibility and reputation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Review staff members for formal performance evaluations and recommends salary adjustments. Counsel employees when needed. Coordinate staff training as needed.
• Prepare and monitor annual branch budget.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor-s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred; Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lending or related financial services, with a proven track record in business development, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Twin Cities market and local business community.
