- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure service satisfaction.
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Replace filters and perform other basic handyman tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- High school diploma or GED; Trade School preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in HVAC or related field.
- Basic computer experience and familiarity with software tools.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
