As a Business Analyst, you will support the Service and Field Inventory workstream by partnering with E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, and Implementation teams to drive alignment of to-be business processes with ERP capabilities across Stryker divisions and ensure timely delivery of program milestones. What You Will Do
- Partner with End to End (E2E) Leads, Business Process Owners, and Business Process Implementation Leads and Analysts to provide support and timely completion of program deliverables.
- Assist the workstream while partnering with the business to drive adoption of to-be business process to align with ERP (SAP) capabilities and gain alignment with the Stryker divisions, functions, and geographies.
- Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key project activities.
- Support activities to enable rapid decisions and the completion of the Solution Design and Key Configuration Decisions.
- Participate in process workshops, supporting the Global Process leads, E2E Leads, Business Process Owners, and/or Business Process Implementation Leads with scoping activities such as supporting key scope decisions, requirements gathering and refinement, and acceptance criteria.
- Support creation of business process documentation and business process maps for service sub-processes.
- Support and execute data construction, data cleansing, and data conversion activities to ensure accuracy of enterprise master data and transactional data.
- Supports testing activities including test script reviews and editing, test data readiness, and test execution.
- Support the creation and delivery of training content.
What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience with SAP S4HANA.
- Master’s Degree.
- Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Experience with SAP Business Warehousing (BW)
