Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery Lead Analyst

• Enterprise-level experience in Business Resiliency/Continuity management
• Experience developing and managing internal risks and controls, particularly in financial institutions
• Proven ability to execute risk mitigation activities and develop effective control strategies
• Experience creating, reviewing, and approving Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
• Experience participating in or managing Regulatory and/or Audit reviews
• Experience conducting Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and implementing controls management
• Knowledge of technology risk management within financial institutions
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform for business continuity management
• Preferred: CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) certification
• Desirable: Experience with Fusion Risk Management platform
• Desirable: Experience with KY3P (Know Your Third Party) risk assessment methodology
