Responsibilities
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives by assessing the impact of technology changes on business processes.
- Lead the development of future-state business processes and drive operational changes.
- Manage business process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Deliver formal training on process excellence and mentor teams in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Provide internal management consulting, offering unbiased assessments and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Align process improvements with enterprise goals and contribute to process standardization, best practices, and department enhancements.
- Strong understanding of business processes, process improvement, and operational strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results.
- Ability to analyze current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with executives and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; in lieu of a degree, 5 years of relevant experience required.
- 3 years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field.
