Responsibilities
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities
- Designs, organizes, and leads change management initiatives across various workstreams, agile teams, or projects within a complex program.
- Possesses expert knowledge of change management methodologies, with a preference for Prosci.
- Integrates these methodologies into every product and provides coaching to both practitioners and non-practitioners, focusing on stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, engagement plans, and resistance management plans.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for non-experts.
- Defines and communicates desired outcomes, managing metrics across multiple streams to show clear progress.
- Develops and oversees a change management program plan that spans multiple workstreams, agile teams, and projects.
- Understands the impact of changes on all relevant audiences and leads efforts to manage and mitigate these impacts.
- Collaborates closely with senior and executive leaders, including VPs and above.
- Consulting experience.
- IT experience on large system implementations.
- Experience with large-scale change initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- In addition to the required degree, 7 or more years of related work experience.
