Collections CSR Job Details

• Schedule: Full-time hours Mon-Fri, between 8AM-5:30PM
• Pay Rate: $16/hr, paid weekly!
  
  

Collections CSR Job Description

• Attend morning huddles to get assignments for the day.
• Call through collection queue (call people who own money and take payments, offer services, take loan applications, etc).
• Make outbound calls to current customers to promote additional products or services and generate sales.
• Data entry of customers information for loan applications.
• Make outbound calls to call through solicitation queue.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.
  
  

Collections CSR Job Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Great customer services skills.
• Ability to quickly navigate around computer and online programs.
• Previous collections and sales experience required.
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background and drug screening.
