Provide comprehensive administrative support for multiple delivery stations across the US, ensuring the health and wellbeing of the site and its surrounding Company partners. You will holistically own the site performance of a delivery station while sitting in the office and following up on partners that are flagging or need support. Communication with the team and Business Partners in need of support is key.

- Monitor and analyze data to track key quality metrics.
- Perform audits, assessments, and deep dives of field processes and procedures.
- Use logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Communicate any quality problems or concerns that are impacting the customer experience.
- Verify potential access codes and delivery instructions for assigned addresses and update records as needed.
- End-of-day reporting to manager on package misses and escalations.
