Job Description
A large utilities client is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join their IT organization. The Desktop Engineer will take ownership of platforms such as SCCM, Intune, Conditional Access policies, related Group Policies, and Asset Management. This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining the overall desktop experience for end users. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing these platforms, ensuring smooth configuration and deployment processes, supporting security frameworks like Conditional Access, and maintaining compliance across the desktop environment. The Desktop Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with organizational goals and provide technical leadership in managing the desktop ecosystem. This role will be in Newark, De a minimum of 2 days a week (Tue/Wed) and remote the other days.
