Primary Responsibilities
Managing Agile Teams: Oversee and guide 2-3 Agile tech capabilities working across various technology stacks, including:
Driving Innovation: Champion and drive innovation within and outside the teams, exploring new ideas and pushing boundaries to achieve our technology goals.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Technology colleagues, senior leaders, and key business stakeholders to develop and implement technology strategies, as well as to shape the architecture and design of solutions.
Culture Building: Lead efforts to cultivate a collaborative, passionate, and forward-thinking team culture that encourages continuous improvement and excellence.
Education And Experience Required

Education And Experience Required
- This role requires a unique blend of technical skills and leadership experience. Candidates should have a solid background in Technology, along with proven experience in people management and a passion for fostering team success .
- A combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ engineering and/or architecture experience and 3 years leadership experience.
- Must have strong experience in C#/.Net, Angular, & SQL. ServiceNow is highly preferred.
