Basic Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English, including reading and interpreting documents such as safety guidelines and maintenance instructions
One (1) year of prior customer service or related experience (preferred)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
1-2 years of experience in event logistics, coordination, or a related field (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Set up and break down furniture and equipment for events in spaces such as training rooms, conference rooms, and outdoor areas
Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients
Respond to event-related emails, texts, and calls
Clean and maintain building and event spaces
Report repairs and maintenance issues to management
Follow all safety, security, and compliance procedures
Keep event storage organized, labeled, and properly maintained
Perform janitorial tasks as needed
Physical Demands
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. regularly
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using cleaning tools and equipment, including backpack-style vacuum cleaners
