Job Description
An Insight Global client is seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager for a new manufacturing facility near Lafayette, LA. The person who fills this role will be responsible for all HR activities at this facility and managing 2 direct reports (HR Generalists). This person's main responsibilities will consist of establishing the company's HR policies and procedures at this new facility, managing projects to improve company efficiency/competitiveness, and serving as a strategic business partner by resolving conflict, performance evaluations, succession planning, etc. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong relationship building skills to build rapport with plant leadership and create a strong team culture. This is a full-time on-site job Monday through Friday. We can offer a salary of $94,700-$134,950 for this role, however exact compensation may vary based on experience or education.

Skills And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related is required
7 years of experience in the HR field
At least 3 years of experience managing HR professionals
Strong teambuilding skills across both the HR team and company leadership
Experienced with performance evaluations, conflict resolution, salary administration, etc.
Experience executing on projects to improve company competitiveness, efficiency, etc.
Experience using HR management tools such as Oracle HCM. Experience in HR at manufacturing company/facility null
