This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about employee engagement, HR development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
What You'll Do
✅ Performance & Talent Management – Lead annual performance reviews, collaborate with Plant Management on staff development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
✅ Employee Relations & Leadership Support – Provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices to ensure a positive work environment.
✅ HR Compliance & Record Keeping – Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
✅ Benefits Administration – Oversee benefits programs, including open enrollment and employee support.
✅ HR Metrics & Continuous Improvement – Create, monitor, and report key HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
✅ Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – Manage recruitment efforts, coordinate interviews, and oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
✅ HR Development – Bring new HR initiatives and best practices to enhance workforce engagement, training, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a huge plus!
Experience With ADP, KRONOS, And ATS Systems Preferred.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Proven ability to create and foster a positive work environment and culture in a manufacturing or production setting.
