Mobile Device Support for Technical End User Support

• Work directly with end users to migrate from AirWatch to MS Intune
• Provide troubleshooting on mobile devices and applications
• Record and document all new processes and procedures in service scope and update those already documented to ensure coworkers are able to understand and follow
• Work with customer on updates as well as upgrades to mobile devices
• Gain complete understanding of IT separation activities, timelines, technical issues, and solutions in a continuously changing environment
• Support change-release processes for implementation of IT systems

Experience

• Education or training in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields or CompTIA Certification highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills-both written and oral, including presentation skills is required
• Experience with MS Office 365 and related applications is desired

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
