Description
Mobile Device Support for Technical End User Support
- Work directly with end users to migrate from AirWatch to MS Intune
- Provide troubleshooting on mobile devices and applications
- Record and document all new processes and procedures in service scope and update those already documented to ensure coworkers are able to understand and follow
- Work with customer on updates as well as upgrades to mobile devices
- Gain complete understanding of IT separation activities, timelines, technical issues, and solutions in a continuously changing environment
- Support change-release processes for implementation of IT systems

- Education or training in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields or CompTIA Certification highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and oral, including presentation skills is required
- Experience with MS Office 365 and related applications is desired
