Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA . This role is a critical part of our supply chain, ensuring materials, tools, and shipments move efficiently to support production and customer needs.
What You’ll Do
- Operate forklifts to transport products safely and efficiently.
- Complete HAZMAT paperwork for on-site item transfers.
- Conduct internal warehouse inspections to maintain compliance for live audits.
- Assist shipping with packing, boxing, and crating shipments.
- Drive to local supplier sites for inventory pickups.
- Prepare and manage Outside Service and Alt Solutions shipments .
- Maintain inventory tracking and provide crate dimensions/weights to suppliers.
- Respond to daily production inquiries regarding parts, tooling, and chemicals .
- Communicate shipping details to Account Service Reps and customers .
- Stay up to date with training in COMPANY Plateau .
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, or material handling.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle HAZMAT paperwork and compliance.
- Valid driver’s license (for local supplier pickups).
- Prior experience in aerospace or manufacturing logistics.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with ATS Plateau training platform.
