Job Details For Logistics Coordinator

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
• Pay Rate: $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience

Job Responsibilities for Logistics Coordinator:

• Monitoring, planning, and expediting shipments, deliveries, and schedules to support customer satisfaction and project operations
• Maintaining accurate logs, spreadsheets, and reports of all transportation and goods
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods
• Collaborating with transportation systems for prompt pick-ups.
• Monitoring shipment costs and productivity processes.
• Managing workflow and production schedules.
  
  

Requirements for Logistics Coordinator:

• Basic Software Skills (Ms. Office & Ms. Excel), basic computer skills
• Freight industry experience 2 years (preferred)
• Experience in freight forwarding operations processes and procedures.
• Experience of bonded freight and cargo
