What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement long-term maintenance planning strategies.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance data.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Primarily office-based with regular visits to maintenance sites.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and physical environments.
- Collaborative and dynamic team setting.
- Ability to walk, stand, and climb on uneven surfaces.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Tolerance for working in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Minimum of 5 years in maintenance planning or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.
- Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Competitive base salary $75,300-$100,393 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
