What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement long-term maintenance planning strategies.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance data.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes.

Physical Demands of the Job

Essential Experience And Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance planning or at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a related industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with clear, concise, and respectful communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionally present information, responding effectively to questions.
• Motivation and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating shift schedules, extensive movement across the plant, and occasional lifting of heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
• Must be able to work independently.
