- Bachelor’s degree in health administration, communications, journalism, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
- Proficiency in strategic social media channel and reputation management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Demonstrated expertise in communicating results through written reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Preferred experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar, e.g. Canva.
- Preferred experience in the creative development, direction, and production of digital or multi-media content, particularly video, photography and graphics.
- Reports to and supports the Manager of Digital Strategy in the development, creative direction, and execution of social media marketing strategies that drive acquisition and retention of patients across the continuum of care.
- Collaborates with the Content Specialist and Service Line Specialist to design and achieve high-priority marketing goals.
- Regularly applies data analytics to assess and improve communication relevance, engagement and efficacy across social media channels; readily adopting new market-competitive best practices.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all Marketing team members, service lines and departments on social media marketing and reputation management.
- Directly oversees creative development and execution of key messaging for entire social media network, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Optimizes channel impact by developing and implementing channel-specific strategic plans and content calendar with standards for content type, format, branding, frequency, and topic. Explore and leverage emerging social media tools and trends.
- Maintain Social Media Use Policy and Social Media Standard Work to standardize appropriate social media use internally and externally.
- Has primary responsibility for online reputation management – responds to online reviews and comments in collaboration with patient relations and clinic/department leaders.
- Manages vendors involved with social media and reputation management, e.g., Press Ganey.
- Partners with Manager of Digital Strategy to develop dashboards and KPI reports for online reputation. Monitors results and industry trends, partnering with vendors to create actionable recommendations for improving results.
- Supports graphic, photography and video content development and publication throughout content lifecycle, e.g., storyboarding, creative direction, filming, and post-production.
- Collaborates with the Content Specialist, key stakeholders, and other content creators to strategically prioritize and manage digital media projects, adhering to quality, branding, and voice standards.
- Maintenance of internal Image, Audio & Video Libraries, serving as access resource for all departments.
