- Sign/check drivers into orientation.
- Collect the FMCSA & DOT required paperwork for hire and compile the Driver Qualification (DQ) file.
- Working with drivers to collect all items needed prior to completion of the qualification process.
- Conducting/introducing training and on-boarding modules.
- Scheduling DOT Physical and drug screenings for pre-employment purposes
- Being available for phone calls from our driving partners.
- Assist with travel needs.
- Shuttling the individuals in class to/from the hotel and terminal.
- Various projects as needed.
