Role and Responsibilities
- Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Assist project team to prepare develop the schedule.
- Perform all aspects of schedule updates with the project team.
- Analyze and evaluate schedule updates and explain impacts to the project team.
- Lead schedule presentations.
- Cost and resource load the schedule.
- Track change conditions and impacts to the schedule.
- Write schedule narratives as required.
- Identify and articulate schedule concerns and delays to the project stakeholders.
- Provide team member training on P6 and scheduling concepts and responsibilities.
- Additional duties as directed by Vice President
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers
- Strict adherence to all safety rules and quality
- Participate in site housekeeping
- Interact with all co-workers and clients in an attentive courteous manner
- Travel to project sites as required.
- 5 years of field and scheduling experience
