- Provide customer assistance and technician support in identifying, ordering, requisitioning, picking, and invoicing parts and accessories in the dealership parts department.
- Work under the direction and supervision of the Parts and Service Managers.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Parts Manager, Parts associates, Service Manager, Service department team members, support staff, customers, manufacturers, vendors, and the public.
- Perform duties primarily at the dealership parts counter and in a warehouse, with occasional exposure to a truck dealership garage environment.
- Work with a variety of equipment such as buses, refrigeration equipment, heavy equipment, or fire trucks.
