Highlands Ranch Hospital is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence. As we continue to grow, we recognize the need for dedicated process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes. We are seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team in this pioneering role-the first of its kind at Highlands Ranch Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to build the foundation for future process improvement (PI) projects, and lead initiatives in a wide variety of departments and specialties across the hospital. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, who can work independently, with a passion for optimizing healthcare processes, driving meaningful change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Department: HRH VP Operations

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

Project management and Lean facilitation experience.
