Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to enhance product quality and drive defect levels to zero. Responsibilities include developing process specifications, optimizing for productivity and efficiency, and minimizing costs. The role involves conducting process audits, eliminating safety hazards, and implementing corrective actions for off-quality issues. The engineer will innovate processes and products, document trials, and communicate findings to management. They will collaborate with production management on monitoring systems, act as a liaison between manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, and share responsibility for new product development with engineers.
