Direct hire, Industrial Engineer opening in Greenville, SC. Must have 5 years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment . Join an organization that offers an unmatched company culture, with a modern manufacturing facility and great benefits and work culture! This is an on-site opportunity (M-F, 8 : 00-4 : 30, No nights, No weekends!).
In this role, you will be leading continuous improvement efforts for the plant's assembly, packaging and shipping areas. Must enjoy taking ownership and working both independently and in a team setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in an Engineering discipline - Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical
- Management of packaging and assembly processes and people
- Manufacturing floor experience, leadership
- Continuous improvement project work - Lean, Six Sigma principles
- Safety leadership is a plus!
