Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree within Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain management, project management, or operations management.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and ensures accuracy and quality of delivery
• Lead at least two (2) successful transformational experiences where Lean principles (i.e. 5S, CIP, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) were utilized as part of the change.
• Demonstrated change management skills and experience.
• Proven success designing and achieving metrics (examples: reducing supply chain costs, improving throughput, quality, inventory turns, and reducing cycle times and rework).
• Ability to use quality tools such as surveys, gap analysis, pareto analysis, fish-bone diagrams, 5-Why, SIPOC, VSM, and process mapping for fact-based decision making.
• Familiar with various systems and tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheet, Visio, Tableau, project management tools, Kanban boards, exception and workflow automation platforms, and other data and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently in a professional manner with minimum supervision, managing several projects at one time and meeting deadlines.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $66,800 - $83,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
