Position Purpose: Support the development, production, and submission of all proposals and related content for health plans.
The Proposal Unit Coordinator is primarily remote with ocassional travel to Brentwood, MO. Candidates will be considered nationally but, they must be willing to travel to Brentwood when needed.
Responsibilities
Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Create, plan, support, and implement an efficient proposal production process to guarantee a quality proposal based on analysis of production requirements specific to each RFP
- Design format, and copy edit documents for complex response development including RFPs, RFIs, using Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher and PowerPoint
- Create and populate templates with specific bid response information including questions and formatting requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external print vendors, graphic artists, media and informational vendors on requests
- Ability to research, articulate and present strict legal and compliance RFP requirements to the project team
- Ensure consistency and compliance throughout the proposal lifecycle
- Maintain RFP response library
- Create graphic design elements using Adobe Illustrator and other Microsoft design programs
- Monitor State and various customer websites for potential business opportunities
- Recommend quality improvement opportunities for efficiencies
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
