Job Title: Purchasing CoordinatorJob Description

As a Supply Chain Specialist I, you will apply fundamental judgment and evaluation to support our procurement processes while you build and maintain internal customer and vendor relationships to meet business needs. Responsibilities

• Perform multifaceted tasks and projects of less complexity requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Support procurement processes.
• Handle requisition traffic and procure quality materials/equipment in accordance with established purchasing policies and procedures.
• Ensure communication between internal customers and vendors.
• Facilitate the resolution of disputes and claims.
• Coordinate required inspections, expediting, and logistics support.
• Analyze and report on market conditions and identify competitive opportunities to initiate competitive bid processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate pre-competitive meetings and provide input to bid awards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

The role involves supporting procurement processes and handling requisition traffic. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
