Quality Control Lab Technician Job Details
- Schedule: Mon - Fri - 6:30am - 3:00pm
- Pay Rate: $24.04 an hour
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity
- Contract to Hire

- Assists with research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesis, and experimentation on substances, for such purposes as quality control, product and process development and application.
- Perform testing on production batches using the following tests: pH, viscosity, density, solids, titrations, degree Baume.
- Manage database for sample, production retains and documentation from production.
- Provide support to the manufacturing processes by giving guidance to adjust batch formulations if a batch is not within product specifications.
- Perform incoming quality control of raw materials to make sure they are to specification. Accept or reject depending on test results.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
