Resource Navigator Job Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 12PM-8PM or 3PM-11PM
- Pay Rate: $15 per hour, increases to $16 after 250 hours worked.
- Type: 1 year long contract!
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to quality standards, including timely follow-up and escalation as needed.
- Accurately input data, maintain detailed records (including timekeeping), and document all interactions using required systems and tools.
- Attend and actively participate in training sessions, meetings, and outreach events, including those outside regular working hours.
- Required: High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service experience in a call center setting.
- Role is 100% remote, need to be a Philadelphia resident.
