Primary Responsibilities
- Production, publishing and distribution of scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational content relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
- Presentation of information for operational and business planning, all while adapting to change quickly
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in all functional areas of the Revenue Cycle
- Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations
- Experience with public speaking and presenting data to key leadership stakeholders
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office Application software knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Proven excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret key performance metric objectives
- Proven ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schematic form
- Proven ability to be flexible and organized and to react to ever changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
