About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the Business Services and Medical Coding staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet daily needs and departmental goals.
The ideal candidate will have a robust working knowledge of CPT, ICD-9, and ICD-10 coding, as well as applicable regulations. Experience with information privacy laws, access, release of information, and release of control technologies is also required.
This role requires strong leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and training staff. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate inter-departmental concerns, needs, changes, and updates is essential.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $43.50-$50.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) retirement plan options.
